The North Eastern Strategic Alliance (NESA) is a nine-county regional economic development alliance that is working with its county allies – Chesterfield, Marlboro, Darlington, Florence, Dillon, Williamsburg, Marion, Horry and Georgetown counties – to prepare the northeastern region of the state for economic opportunities.
